pentagon();

Design Work @ Berlin | 2011, In collaboration with >Konstantin Fick<

Inspired by the idea of synthetic and naturally evolved system from Casey Reas, The collection of computational art work “pentagon();” explores the digital organic aesthetics that emerges from computation.

The form of an archetypal pentagon suggests not only laws of mathematics, but also its diverse variations in the nature. In this context, the project chose pentagon as a general approach, seek to use the core of computation, algorithm, as a generative design tool, and merge it with phenomena in nature to produce familiar yet unseen form.
